When shipping our products, we also aim to keep packaging materials in circulation for as long as possible. That is why we offer Ravioli's reusable shipping packaging as an alternative to standard cardboard boxes for eligible orders in our online shop.
Reusable instead of single-use
The Ravioli Impact
The ravioli packaging is made of recycled polypropylene and designed for multiple uses.
According to Ravioli, the recycled content of the polypropylene used is 60–70%.[1]
Damaged and discarded packaging is returned to the manufacturer whenever possible, where it is shredded and the resulting granulate is used to manufacture new products.[2]

Here's How It Works
Selectable at checkout
The reusable packaging option will appear at checkout if it is suitable for the items in your order. It is currently available for accessories and wallets. Larger products, such as bags, backpacks, or weekender bags, are currently excluded.
Return instead of dispose
After unpacking the goods, fold the empty box flat, initiate the return via the QR code, and drop it off at DHL.
Packaging that comes back
The reusable ravioli packaging is designed for multiple cycles. After your return, the packaging is processed and prepared for further use.

FAQ
For some orders we can offer you shipping in a reusable shipping box from Ravioli. If the products in your order qualify for reusable shipping, a window will appear at checkout where you can select shipping in a reusable shipping box. This will then be added to your shopping cart. Larger backpacks and weekenders are currently excluded. However, all accessories and wallets can be ordered in reusable packaging.
Unfortunately, reusing is more expensive than throwing away, so shipping in reusable packaging costs an extra €2.99 in our shop. This also includes the return and cleaning of the packaging. As a small thank you and compensation for the additional costs, you will receive a voucher for your next purchase. We will send you the voucher code by email after you have completed your order.
When you receive your order in the reusable ravioli packaging, you will find a QR code on the inside of the lid that will take you to return instructions. Here's how to do it:
- Scan the QR code on the inside to generate a QR code for return.
- Loosen the Velcro at the front of the ravioli packaging and press it flat.
- Fold the lid around the packaging so that the Velcro dots fit together again.
- Remove or paint over the old shipping label.
- Drop off the ravioli packaging at any DHL parcel shop, DHL Packstation or post office by showing the generated QR code. A shipping label will be created on site.
