Would you like to return an item?
If your order is placed within Germany, you can return the item free of charge and within 14 days . We will send you a return label. By registering a return, you automatically cancel your order and do not need to contact us again.
How does it work?
- Register
Enter your order number and email address in our returns portal (button below).
- Select article
Select the items from your order that you would like to return and follow the steps. Personalized items cannot be exchanged and will therefore not be displayed.
- Get QR code
We will send you an email with the QR code, which you can show at the DHL branch when sending your return. Alternatively, you can print out the return label and attach it to the package.
Order older than 14 days?
Please note that registering a return will not work if the 14-day cancellation period has expired. If you have any questions or complaints, please contact our customer service .
Return from abroad
Register your return from abroad via our returns portal and we will send you a confirmation email. You must cover the costs of returning the item from abroad yourself. You can buy the return label yourself from your parcel service either online or in a branch.
Returning personalized items?
Please note that personalized items are excluded from the right of withdrawal. If you are dissatisfied with your product and would like to make a complaint, please contact our customer service .
