Leather is a natural product and can therefore change depending on the frequency and conditions of use. This is not always a bad thing, as leather is very durable. Often, the change in the leather surface even enhances the product's appearance, making it look even more robust and stylish. Leather damage can arise, for example, from improper handling, accidents, or possibly manufacturing defects - although this is very rare.
For this reason, all products come with a BRAUN BÜFFEL quality card, which guarantees a "lifetime repair service". This leather service promises that defective BRAUN BÜFFEL products can be sent in for defect rectification at any time. The leather repair will then be carried out by our experts. At our headquarters in Kirn, trained specialists, our leather goods craftsmen, are responsible for processing the defective items. This ensures flawless and high-quality leather repair "Made in Germany".

Should a repair not be possible in exceptional cases, or only be associated with extremely high costs, you will be informed in advance to discuss the further course of action together. Depending on the extent of the damage, leather repairs are carried out either free of charge or with a small cost-reimbursement calculation. Should repair costs arise, you will receive a cost estimate in advance.
