This leather service promises that defective BRAUN BÜFFEL products can be sent in at any time for the defect to be rectified. The leather repair is then carried out by our experts. At the headquarters in Kirn, trained specialists, our fine leather craftsmen, are tasked with processing the defective items. If, in exceptional cases, a repair is not possible or would only be possible at extremely high cost, you will be informed in advance so that we can discuss the next steps together. Depending on the extent of the damage, leather repairs are either carried out free of charge or at a low cost. If repair costs arise, you will receive a cost estimate in advance.
