1. Go to the homepage: Visit the homepage of our webshop.
2. Find the Account button : Look for the button in the top right corner of the homepage, usually labeled "Login" or "Account". This button will take you to the login page.
3. Go to the login page: Click on the "Login" button. You will now be redirected to the login page.
4. Enter your email address: On the login page, you will see a field where you can enter your email address. Enter your email address in the appropriate field.
5. Create a password (optional): In our store, there is also the option to create an account directly on the login page if you don't have one yet. There is usually a link for this such as "Create an account" or "Don't have an account yet? Register now". Click on this link and follow the further instructions to create a password and enter your personal information.
6. Email verification: After entering your email address and a password, you will usually receive a verification email. Open this email and click on the verification link to activate your account.
7. Complete registration: After confirmation, you can log in to the shop with your email address and password.

If you already have a customer account but have unfortunately forgotten your password, click on the "Log in" icon and then on the right-hand side above the login function on "Forgot password". In the input field, enter the email address you used to open your account. We will then send you an email with a link to reset your password - it may take a few minutes for the email to arrive. Please also check your spam folder. If you have forgotten both your password and your email address, please contact our customer service directly. We will be happy to help!
You can also order from the Braun Büffel online shop without a personal customer account. Simply put the products you want in your shopping cart and then go to checkout. Here you fill in all fields marked with *. The "Create an account" field is only optional. Please note that as a guest orderer you cannot see the current order status or your order history.
If you already have a customer account, please log in. You can change your billing address or shipping address in the overview or via the left-hand navigation "Address book". You can also change your contact details here. If you have placed a guest order and subsequently realize that the address is incorrect, please contact our customer service.

You can find the newsletter registration on the Braun Büffel website at the very bottom above the footer. You will see an input field for your email address and the option for gender. After submitting the registration, you will receive another information email for security reasons, which you must confirm. Only then will you be a successful newsletter subscriber and can receive all Braun Büffel benefits.
You will regularly receive exciting information about leather tips, such as care instructions, sustainability and origin, as well as lifestyle topics. You will also find out about events, promotions and specials early on.
Newsletter subscribers receive special highlights and thus secure an advantage with every purchase.
If you no longer wish to receive trends, tips and special offers from Braun Büffel by email, you can of course unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. This is generally possible in every newsletter using the "Unsubscribe" button at the bottom. Please note that unsubscribing may result in a technical delay of up to 24 hours. We apologize for this.

You can order from the Braun Büffel online shop as a registered customer using your personal customer account or as a guest. The delivery address must be in one of the following countries: Germany, Austria, Luxembourg, Belgium, Netherlands. To order, select the products you want and put them in your shopping cart. From the shopping cart, you can go to "checkout" and enter our three-stage ordering process, where you will be guided step by step.
Braun GmbH & Co. KG (Braun Büffel) is a manufacturer of leather goods in the area of small leather goods and bags. In the online shop you will find a high-quality range of wallets, cases, covers, bags, belts and other leather accessories for men and women. New collections with seasonal features are released twice a year. A special highlight are our Made-in-Germany collections, which are manufactured in our own factory in Kirn.
The billing and delivery address must be in one of the following countries: Germany, Austria, Luxembourg, Belgium, Netherlands. Please note the different shipping conditions and restrictions for some payment methods.
Sometimes it can happen that popular items are no longer in stock. In this case, you can see this in the online shop when the item is marked with the note "Item currently unavailable". As soon as items are back in stock, the stock is usually replenished. However, some collections are only on the market for one season. Please contact our customer service to find out if and when your desired item will be back in stock! We are also happy to suggest alternative items or advise you on which collections can be combined well.
If you have completed an order and later notice that something is missing or incorrect, please contact customer service immediately. If the goods have already been shipped, no changes can be made. In this case, you should already have received a shipping confirmation with a link to track the shipment by email. deliveries
- We ship free of charge within Germany for orders over 30€ .
- In most cases, delivery times are within the stated time frame of 1-2 working days . Please note that in rare cases, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
- We ship with DHL's climate-friendly GoGreen service , which offsets the CO2 emissions generated during transport.
- For orders with personalization, the goods must be embossed by our fine bag makers in the factory before packaging. This process takes an extra 1-2 days depending on workload. At peak times, such as in the run-up to Christmas, it can occasionally take three or four days for us to ship the goods.
We deliver within Germany, as well as to Austria, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Belgium. If you live in another country and would like to buy Braun Büffel products, you can certainly order something from one of our numerous dealers.
You will receive a tracking number for each order. Depending on the provider, you can enter this in the DHL portal and find out about the current shipping status at any time. Both providers have an online portal and a mobile app with an announcement service. If the status cannot be found or does not change, please contact our customer service.

We usually deliver your order within Germany within 1-3 working days. In individual cases, it may take longer depending on the shipping service provider. Orders to Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands have a delivery time of 3-4 working days.
Yes, you will receive a tracking number for every order. Depending on the provider, you can enter this in DHL or and find out about the current shipping status at any time. Some providers have an online portal or even a mobile app with an notification service.
payments
You can currently pay in the Braun Büffel online shop by credit card (VISA, Mastercard, Maestro or American Express), Paypal, ApplePay and GooglePay. In any case, you can be sure that your data will be treated confidentially.
Paypal is a convenient online payment service that is now established worldwide. To use it, you must already have opened a Paypal account. If you choose to pay via PayPal, you will be redirected directly to PayPal at the end of the order process, where you must log in with the relevant login details and confirm the payment. Once payment has been completed, you will be redirected back to our site.
PayPal Express works in the same way as PayPal. You will be redirected directly to PayPal via the button in the shopping cart. If you have already saved your address details in your PayPal account, you will not have to enter them in our checkout and will be redirected directly to the last step to review your order. Please check again here whether the address details transferred by PayPal are correct. If everything is correct, confirm your order by clicking on "Buy Now".
The credit card payment method can be selected with a Visa card or Mastercard. To do this, enter the credit card information in the check-out process. Please note that in order to pay by credit card on the Internet, you must activate your card for online banking with the issuing bank. Depending on the method, you will receive a confirmation code on your smartphone, which you must enter for successful checkout. Your credit card will be charged immediately after purchase and the goods will be dispatched as quickly as possible.

You can return the ordered goods free of charge within Germany within 14 days. After you have notified us of the cancellation (via the electronic form , the customer account, by email or telephone), you will receive a return label from us. Stick this on the packaging and take it to the post office. Please put the additional return slip in the package. If the return is made from abroad, the return costs must be borne by the consumer themselves. Please note that personalized items cannot be refunded.
The cancellation period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods. In the case of a contract for several goods that you have ordered as part of a single order and which are delivered separately, the cancellation period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you took possession of the last goods.
After you have notified us of your cancellation using the electronic form (alternatively via your customer account, by email or by phone), you will receive a return label and a return slip from us. Stick this on the packaging and take it to the post office. Please note that personalized items cannot be refunded.

Returns within Germany are accepted by Braun Büffel. If the return is made from abroad, the return shipping costs must be borne by the consumer. Please note that personalized items cannot be refunded.
Once the return has been confirmed upon receipt of the goods, a refund will be initiated. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for a refund. The refund may take up to 7-14 days, depending on the shipping time of the return. We may refuse to refund if the goods are not in their original condition. However, you only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to a handling by you to check the quality, properties and functioning of the goods.
If you notice after receiving the delivery that the goods are different from what you ordered, please inform our customer service immediately. You can then return the goods and receive the correct item.

Braun Büffel stands for quality and passion for leather. For this reason, every product comes with a guarantee card for a free, lifelong repair service. Our trained specialists, known as fine leather workers, can repair defective items for you in our own leather factory in Kirn. If, in exceptional cases, a repair is not possible or would only be associated with extremely high costs, we will inform you in advance. The lifelong repair service applies to all goods ordered from Braun Büffel. In exceptional cases, customized items may be excluded. If it is evident that the goods have been deliberately destroyed, repairs can be carried out on a case-by-case basis against a cost estimate.
