While we look forward to family time, peace and quiet, and gifts, this Christmas magic remains an unfulfilled dream for many children. With our " We Fulfill Children's Wishes " campaign, we can bring a sparkle to the eyes of these very children – and we are delighted to be a part of it together with you.
BRAUN BÜFFEL supports the initiative because for us, giving means above all: sharing joy .
At BRAUN BÜFFEL's workshops, high-quality leather wallets and bags have been crafted for four generations. The focus is on the craftsmanship of our skilled leatherworkers and the durability of our leather accessories.
Worum es bei der Aktion geht
Nicht alle Familien können sich zu Weihnachten Geschenke leisten – für viele Kinder bedeutet das, dass ihr Wunschzettel unerfüllt bleibt. Hier setzt die Initiative „Wir erfüllen Kinderwünsche“ an: Sie sammelt Herzenswünsche von Kindern aus sozial benachteiligten Familien, Wohneinrichtungen und Kinderhilfsorganisationen – und macht es möglich, dass engagierte Menschen wie Sie einen dieser Wünsche wahr werden lassen. So entsteht etwas Wundervolles: eine direkte Verbindung zwischen Schenkenden und Kindern, die spüren, dass jemand an sie denkt. Jeder erfüllte Wunsch steht für Hoffnung und Freude.
Wie BRAUN BÜFFEL selbst zu Wunscherfüllern wurde
In order not only to support the initiative “We fulfill children’s wishes” but also to actively participate in it, BRAUN BÜFFEL employees Lina and Ann-Kathrin embarked on a special mission this year and created their own small Christmas workshop.
Over the past few weeks, they reviewed numerous submitted wish lists: big dreams, small heartfelt wishes, sometimes even everyday things that are unaffordable for many children. With great care, they selected the perfect gifts, personally procured each one, and then lovingly wrapped them – with ribbons, paper, and a touch of Christmas magic.
“You can grasp every wish directly,” Lina describes. “And while you’re wrapping the gift, you automatically imagine a child unwrapping it with a radiant smile. This thought does something to you.”
It was a touching experience that showed how much joy a thoughtful gesture can bring. We captured these impressions in a short video. It offers a glimpse behind the scenes and shows how a simple wish list becomes a real beacon of hope – and how moving it is to share even a small piece of Christmas.
