You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods.

You have two options for exercising your right of withdrawal:

You can revoke the contract by registering your return with us electronically via our returns portal .

Option 2:

Please inform us (Braun GmbH & Co. KG, Industriestr. 10, 55606 Kirn, Germany, service@braun-bueffel.de, telephone: +49 (0) 6752 93330, fax: +49 (0) 6752 9333 33) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

With both options, you will receive a return slip by email, with which we will also confirm receipt of your cancellation.

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you register the return on www.braun-bueffel.com/pages/rucksendung before the cancellation period has expired (option 1) or send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired (option 2). If you exercise your right of cancellation via our page for registering a return (option 1), you will be notified immediately when the cancellation period has expired. If you have any problems or questions, please contact our customer service using the contact form.

consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us that you have cancelled this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.

Different return shipping costs for Germany

We will bear the direct costs of returning the goods if the return is made within Germany.

return labels

Without prejudice to your legal rights, we will provide you with free return labels for your return within Germany. We will send you the return label by email as a PDF to print out. You can drop off the return at a parcel shop of the respective provider in Germany.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

Contracts for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal via our return registration page (option 1), you will be informed directly if goods have been personalized and are therefore excluded from exchange.
