You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

You have two options for exercising your right of withdrawal with us:

Option 1:

You can cancel the contract by using our returns portal . Register your return with us electronically.

Option 2:

Please inform us (Braun GmbH & Co. KG, Industriestr. 10, 55606 Kirn, Germany, service@braun-bueffel.de, Phone: +49 (0) 6752 93330, Fax: +49 (0) 6752 9333 33) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.

With both options, you will receive a return shipping label by email, which also serves to confirm receipt of your cancellation.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to register your return at www.braun-bueffel.com/pages/rucksendung before the cancellation period expires (Option 1) or to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires (Option 2). If you exercise your right of cancellation via our return registration page (Option 1), you will be notified directly when the cancellation period has expired. Consequences of the revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functionality.

Different return shipping cost policy for Germany

We will bear the direct costs of returning the goods if the return is made within Germany.

Return labels

Without prejudice to your statutory rights, we provide free return labels for your return within Germany. We will send you the return label by email as a printable PDF. You can drop off the return at a parcel shop of the respective provider in Germany.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

Contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (personalized items).

This includes, in particular, products that have been individually embossed, engraved, or personalized. Gift wrapping is also excluded from exchange and return, as it is individually prepared and not reusable.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal via our website to register a return (option 1), you will be shown directly if goods have been personalized and are therefore excluded from exchange.
