The BRAUN BÜFFEL Made-in-Germany collections are manufactured at the two locations in Kirn and Offenbach. The earthy scent of finely tanned leather is in the air. The factory was opened in 1887 in the small, tranquil town of Kirn as an upholstery and saddlery business by Johann Braun. Even more than 136 years later, leather goods are lovingly handcrafted by our appointed fine leather makers. BRAUN BÜFFEL stands for the preservation of the very old craftsmanship of fine leather making. There are only very few companies left that produce and practice the craft in Germany. Even today, we continue to train apprentices and thus ensure that this beautiful craft does not die out. Our master fine leather makers are happy to pass on their decades of experience to young people.
